In our 5-course tasting menu, every day you will have the opportunity to take a unique culinary journey, to discover the most famous dishes of the Abruzzo tradition, sometimes revisited with a spirit of innovation and imagination.

Abruzzo wines

Abruzzo is one of the most uncontaminated regions of Italy where it is still possible to travel for tens of kilometers within wild and almost uninhabited lands and crossing medieval villages to climb up to Campo Imperatore, the plateau below the Gran Sasso, the highest massif of the Apennines, a destination for skiers in winter and shepherds with their flocks and herds in summer. One third of the territory is covered by hills and two thirds by mountains: the Abruzzo wine therefore reflects this ancient rural character that is released in drinking these wines.
